Payment Policy

The full amount is collected at the time of ordering. There is no second charge at despatch.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. Prices and currency

We price in US dollars. Delivery is added as a separate line where applicable; no sales tax is charged currently.

Security

No card details are stored here. The payment provider handles them under encryption and returns only a yes or no.

Declined payments

A declined card produces no order and no charge. Pending holds are released by the issuing bank in the normal course.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
