Can you send it straight to the recipient?
Yes – enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Note that the packing slip shows the order contents, so it is not a blind gift service.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery costs $6.49 per order, or nothing at all from $49 upwards. Allow 1-3 business days to pack and 5-10 business days in transit.
Do you gift wrap?
Items that are sold as gift boxes or baskets arrive presented in their own packaging. There is no separate wrapping service at checkout.
Is anything personalised?
Some pieces carry a fixed engraving or a fixed initial as part of the product – the listing title says which letter or wording. Nothing is engraved to order.
What if the recipient does not like it?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery by the person who placed the order. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
Can I buy in person?

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed at despatch. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email address.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at any point before despatch, for a full refund. See the Cancellation Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Delivery is to United States addresses only.
