We ship from a single location in New York. The costs and windows below are the ones the checkout applies – there is no second set of terms.

Charges
A flat $6.49 applies to delivery, and it disappears at $49. We do not add fuel, handling or oversize surcharges.
United States addresses only. If you need delivery elsewhere, we are not able to help at the moment.
How long it takes
Handling is one to three business days; carrier transit is five to ten business days. Plan on six to thirteen business days from checkout to doorstep.
Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern are picked up the next business day. Neither weekends nor public holidays count toward handling.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking reference by email once the order ships. Allow a day for the carrier network to update it.
Damage in transit
Report transit damage to support@giftonra.shop within 48 hours with photographs of both the parcel and the contents. A replacement or refund follows.
Parcels that stop moving
Missing parcels: after seven business days without a scan we open a claim. You choose between a replacement and a refund once it is confirmed.
Delivery addresses
Once a label is printed the address is fixed. Undeliverable parcels come back to us and can be resent for a further delivery charge.
